The realtor’s challenge is to capture prospects at the early stages – when they are just beginning to think about selling or buying a home. This is when people start educating themselves about to do to get the best results. Instead of sending a post card like most realtors that says, “Thinking Of Selling?”, we had our client send this post card listing a special web site on the back where they could register for free information to shield themselves from problems when selling their home.
The key is to attract prospects before they sign with another realtor and that's what we did.
